Had a very busy day today!! It was my first day back to school after my surgery, and the second time the boys have been 'out and about'. Since the unfortunate placement of one of my incisions, the sling I have been using to carry either Aiden or Noah in is unusable. This meant that today the twin shared the carrier I made in wood shop. Let me just say that I am pretty sure I can do a one armed pull up with ease now. Carrying both of the boys in the carrier with one arm was a work out, and I had to constantly switch off arms. Just in case someone didn't catch that, babies are HEAVY. Going to try the sling tomorrow to try and give my arm a break. On the plus side Aiden and Noah had a play date today with Sheldon, Elisa's little boy. They hung out in wood shop together learning the tools of the trade like their mommies did their first day :)
It was also an FFA extended lunch day so Sheldon, Noah, Aiden, Tori's two boys, and Alyssa's little girl: Ava hung out on Tori's truck to enjoy some sun (what was left of it anyways). They also had an encounter with a curious puppy today, which I wish I had a picture of, but the memory is just as good. All in all a pretty good day, my two little champs are sound asleep, and awaiting their next adventure.
